Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds on Custom Orders

All Ovation Grams are custom-created and hand-delivered to Broadway theaters specifically for your recipient. Due to the personalized nature of our service and coordination required with theater staff, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled performance

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the performance are non-refundable

• To cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@ovationgram.com

Delivery Issues

If your Ovation Gram cannot be delivered due to circumstances within our control (such as our error or failure to deliver), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule delivery to another performance.

We will not be responsible for non-delivery if:

• The recipient is not in attendance at the specified performance

• Theater policies prevent delivery

• Incorrect performance or recipient information was provided
