Frequently asked questions

  • Almost, We won’t hand deliver obscene messages or threats.

  • There are two possible delivery places. All messages for the box office workers are delivered directly to the box office. All others get delivered to the stage door.

  • No. Deliveries occur within a window of time. They begin as soon as the stage door opens (often 8am) and continue until 5:30pm.

  • The same way public speakers are taught to stand out. Be first or be last.

    Send your message the day before opening. Don’t mention you’ve intended this. The recipient will get your message first. Messages delivered first stand out. You will not get lost in the day of deliveries the next day.

    Being last will work too. Send it a week after opening when nobody else is sending things. You aren’t celebrating the opening night, you are celebrating the ongoing achievement.
